A Certificate Within ABODE Healing School — Selfs’ Moving Psychology™ × Natural Healing Therapy

Self Moving Psychology & Inner Medicine Journey

A practitioner training for those ready to hold space for others by first learning to hold space for themselves — weaving energy healing, Ayurvedic constitution, and the Selfs’ Moving Psychology™ method into one living certificate.

Come home to yourself. From heart, through earth.

This certificate exists at the meeting point of two lineages within ABODE: the inner psychology of Self Artistry, and the outer medicine of the earth — Reiki, Seichem, cosmic bodywork, Ayurveda, and Bush Flower Essence. It is built as three movements, the same architecture that shapes Selfs’ Moving Psychology™ itself — because the way we come to know ourselves is not linear, but a returning, a spiral, a root system finding its own way toward light.

The Three Movements of Wholeness

One journey, three thresholds.

MOVEMENT I

Invite the Inner Healer

Foundations of energy & the subtle body
  • Energy anatomy — the subtle systems beneath the physical body
  • Reiki & Seichem attunement and daily practice
  • An introduction to cosmic bodywork (the RAYS system)
  • Ethics, consent, and the safe holding of healing space
MOVEMENT II

Journey the Inner Medicine

The earth’s medicine, met with the body’s wisdom
  • Ayurvedic constitution (dosha) and daily rhythm as medicine
  • Bush Flower Essence as emotional and energetic support
  • Nervous system literacy and advanced emotional care
  • Reading the body as a living map of the inner self
MOVEMENT III

Establish the Sense of Self

Where the method becomes your own
  • The Selfs’ Moving Psychology™ method, in full
  • Inner Style Through Self Artistry
  • Integration practicum: bringing both lineages into one practice
  • Beginning to hold space for others as a practitioner
